 Ron is President of Ron Hutchcraft Ministries, and is founder of the “On Eagles’ Wings” Native outreach team. Ron is involved in ongoing work to and with Native American and First Nations people.
Ron is a dedicated veteran of over 40 years of youth and family work. He has spoken across North America and around the world. Ron has been a frequent speaker at Billy Graham pre-Crusade events. For nearly 20 years, Ron has been a visiting faculty member at the Billy Graham Schools of Evangelism. Ron has also spoken at NFL and Major League Baseball chapels, and speaks regularly to motivate and equip Christian leaders.
Ron's passion is to rescue those dying without Christ and mobilize others to be rescuers. |

Doug helped found the On Eagles' Wings Native ministry. A veteran of over 15 years of youth and family work, Doug spent nearly 11 of those years building a youth ministry to the Hopi Indian tribe.
Doug is involved in ongoing ministry outreach to and with Native Americans and First Nations people.
In addition to his speaking engagements, which he occasionally does alongside his father Ron Hutchcraft, Doug is also a published author and professional musician. He is the host of a national youth evangelism podcast that is in its final development stages. In all he does, Doug seeks to reach the lost and the young with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
His closest partner in ministry is his wife Anna. They are grateful to God for their two young children. |

 Emerald is 22 years old and is Navajo from Arizona. She grew up on the Navajo reservation and wants to share her love for God among her Native peoples. She has been attending Warrior Leadership Summit for eight years and has been an On Eagles’ Wings team member for five years. She recently graduated from Colorado Christian University, in Denver, Colorado with her B.A. in Communications. Recently she has joined the staff of On Eagles’ Wings and looks forward to seeing you at WLS.
