Registration for WLS is now easier than ever!

It's your choice! You may choose to register for WLS online or by mail.

Each attendee, whether registering online or by mail, must complete a registration packet.

Your registration packet must be mailed and postmarked on or before June 20, 2009. After this date, you must fax all forms to (870) 741-3400 until June 25, 2009 or bring them with you to WLS.

• Postmarked June 2, 2009 - June 20, 2009 – $35.00 (USD)
• Pay by phone on or before June 1, 2009 - $25.00 (USD)

• Online Registration on or before June 1, 2009 - $25.00 (USD)
• Online Registration June 2, 2009 - June 25, 2009 - $35.00 (USD)

Please register online or by phone before June 25, 2009. Registration packets and fees mailed after June 20, 2009 may not be received in time for the conference.
