Registration for WLS is now easier than ever!

It's your choice! You may choose to register for WLS online or by mail.

Each attendee, whether registering online or by mail, must complete a registration packet.

Your registration packet must be mailed and postmarked on or before June 22, 2013. After this date, you must fax all forms to (870) 741-3400 until June 24, 2013 or bring them with you to WLS.
